How to Order - This listing is for the label ONLY. If you add a label to your cart with no corresponding candle, I will not send the label.
Ordering multiple candle scents/ labels? Leave a message in the "Special instructions for Seller" box in your cart. Please specify what scent should go with what label.

SHIPPING: I will ship directly to the shipping address listed at checkout (unless otherwise notified) via USPS or FedEx USUALLY within 1-3 Business days of purchase (weekends and holidays do not count as business days.) Some orders may take longer to fulfill and I reserve the right to adjust the ship date as needed. I will send a Delivery Confirmation number to the email address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is up to date to avoid any delays in delivery. Once a package is sent off, it is literally out of my hands. Contact your local post office for lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Southern Skye Beauty is NOT responsible for any fees, tariffs, taxes, or dues by Customs. Buyer will be responsible for this and you agree to these terms by purchasing your items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - If you wish to return items from your order, you will pay any shipping fees that are incurred to send the item back. I do not accept used items or items that the seal has been broken for hygienic purposes. If you would like a refund for returned items, your full refund will be given upon receipt of the item and I will message you to let you know it's condition upon arrival. The refund will be issued at that time if there are no problems with the product. Please message within 1 day of delivery for refunds and/or exchanges. Refunds will not be provided if there is nothing wrong with the item (example - you don't like the scent or if you are sensitive to scents and/ or ingredients.) Please read all item descriptions and purchase/ use items at your discretion.
DAMAGED ITEM - If an item you purchased arrives damaged, send me a photo of the damaged piece within one hour of delivery. (After this timeline, I will no longer consider sending replacements or issue refunds. This service is a courtesy and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please message me with any issues before leaving negative feedback to afford me the opportunity to make things right.) Do not remove damaged item from the box or packing. Upon receiving proof of damage, we can work together to come to a resolution. Replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds will not be sent without picture proof. Minor damage such as chipping, cracking, denting, or minor crushing may occur during shipment on certain items. These issues do not render the item unusable and will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement, although I will consider each circumstance on a case by case basis. No returns or exchanges on items that have been used, or for products in jars.
Additional Policies and FAQs - Some discrepancies in the shading of colors and/ or fragrance does occur in small batch soap/ bath product making and should be expected.
- Our bath bombs contain FD&C dyes and lakes. These will stain your hands if you directly handle the bath bombs while they dissolve in water. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
- I strongly urge my customers to follow my Instagram page @southernskyebeauty as I post weekly shop updates, giveaways, coupon codes, and vacation dates.
- By purchasing my items, you agree that you will not hold Southern Skye Beauty responsible if you should have an allergic reaction from using my products. All ingredients are listed in the item description. If you have any questions, please message me first. Purchase and use items at your own discretion.
